This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Information here or in a linked third-party tool may not be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other FCRA-covered purpose.
Information Can Change
Agency contacts, office practices, custody listings, and court information can change without notice. MPRSC does not publish a fixed update schedule for its current roster, and an online entry may not show every development. We do not guarantee that any detail on this site is complete, current, or error-free. Before visiting a facility, sending funds, or relying on a record, verify it directly with the originating office.
Not Legal Guidance
Nothing on this site is legal advice, and it does not create an attorney-client relationship. A website cannot replace advice from a licensed attorney about a particular Virginia case, record, charge, or court order.
Independent Search Features
Some pages may include a search box supplied by an independent provider. We do not control that provider’s results, pricing, availability, or handling of information entered into its service. Review the provider’s own terms and privacy notice before using it.
Links Beyond This Site
Links may lead to MPRSC, Sheriff, court, corrections, federal locator, or other outside resources. We do not operate those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security, or availability. A link does not mean that this site endorses the linked organization or material.
No Records or Photo Collection Here
This site does not host jail rosters, booking photographs, mugshot galleries, arrest records, or court records. It describes where official custodians and locators may hold information. To verify custody or request a specific record or adult booking photo, use the appropriate issuing office or records custodian. An arrest, charge, booking photo, or roster listing is an accusation or custody record, not a conviction, and each person is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
